Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally - so far there was no country off limits. In case of liquid culture’s syringes, the order will be shipped without the sterilised needle.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the regulations are followed and the import of the products is allowed, including the documentation to import such products. All import duties (if any) are to be paid by the buyer. Failing to pay any custom taxes or any other fees will cause the item to not be delivered and the buyer will be refunded when the item is returned to us. The order will be refunded minus the value of the shipping minus the administration fee of 50% of the total order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All our sales are final and follow the no returns policy policy.
