Substrate Preference:
Best Substrates: Hardwood sawdust or grain-based substrates.
Growing Conditions: Enoki mushrooms need cold temperatures around 10-15°C (50-59°F) and high humidity (85-90%).
Cultivation Tips:
Incubation: Keep in a dark, cool place until the substrate is fully colonized.
Fruiting: Provide low light or dark conditions to encourage the long, white stems associated with Enoki.
Harvesting: Harvest when the stems are long and slender, and before the caps open.
