Substrate Preference:
Best Substrates: Straw, sawdust, or coffee grounds.
Growing Conditions: Thrives at temperatures between 20-24°C (68-75°F) and high humidity.
Cultivation Tips:
Incubation: Allow mycelium to colonize in dark, warm conditions.
Fruiting: Move to a lighted area with high humidity to trigger fruiting. Golden oysters are fast-growing, often fruiting within 3 weeks.
Harvesting: Pick before the edges of the caps curl upward for the best flavor.
